Chief Creative Officer
Growing up in Milwaukee, I always though that I would graduate high school, leave town and never return. Thankfully, I found myself longing to be closer to family, and as an adult I have grown to I love my MKE Home! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater having majored in graphic design with a minor in multimedia & communication. Upon return, I have worn many hats such as youth mentor, arts program coordinator, community groups organizer, workshop presenter, professional nail technician as well as freelancer developing personalized handcrafts, website design and indoor wall/window murals. As a rose that grew from the concrete, I find that being a positive example and mentor for youth has always been my passion and leads many of my efforts.
I possess a sharp eye for detail, which I use to aid even the most challenged learners to improve their skills and achieve their full potential. I work well under pressure and can produce high-quality work in difficult situations. I have strong interpersonal skills and work with a wide variety of people.
Networking is always on my mind. I am usually looking for an opportunity to work with a team that runs on clear communication. I work to align myself within a community I believe in and where I can create positive change. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects.
